Yoga with Wai
Yoga can be for everyone as long as the person is ready to receive this beautiful practice and art form. Wai started yoga 9 years ago, due to suffering from a serious illness, she searched for ways to gain health again and tat is when Yoga came to her. Yoga gave Wai the life and vitality she has today. She travels extensively, including retreats to India and a recent one month biking tour of Taiwan.
Due to her personal benefits through yoga, she promised to share the love of yoga to as many people that pass through her life.
Yoga practice with Lotus Living brings and maintains balance and wellbeing to the body, mind and soul. Each yoga posture is the personal expression of the current moment. In Wai’s class you are encouraged to practice at your own pace and enjoy the time on the exercise mat. The breath weaves through the whole practice as a focus point. The typical session goes through a warm up practice, static postures with demonstrations, then the postures are transformed into a sequence of postures which smoothly link together, with relaxation to complete the practice.

Wai has over 9 years experience and trained in U.K. for her Advanced Yoga Teachers Diploma with The Yoga Sanctuary. Pilgrimage through India gave Wai the insight into living the life of a yogi at ashrams. She is currently progressing her practice with British Wheel of Yoga BWY.
