Yoga with Wai

 Wai believes yoga is for everyone and each yoga posture is the individual’s personal expression. In Wai’s class you are encouraged to go at your pace and enjoy the time on the mat. The session includes a warm up, static postures and movement from one posture to another and finishing with relaxation exercises. We would look at different aspects of yoga like the chakra, breathing and we work through different parts of the body to improve and maintain the health and flexibility.

It is easy to join in at anytime and all levels incluing absolute beginners are welcome. For the more experienced, there is always the edge and challenge in every practice depending on how we approach the yoga practice, which you'll xperience in Wi's class.

Wai trained in UK for her Advanced Yoga Teachers Diploma. Wai is also completing the International Teachers Diploma with The British Wheel of Yoga.
