Lotus  Yoga

Enjoy a journey and practice yoga to improve focus, concentration, reduce stress, improve flexibilty, improve core strength and to rejuvenate the mind and body. Most importantly to connect within and move into stillness.

Wai has practiced yoga for over 5 years and breaths the life of yoga through her daily living. We will use the breath to thread various postures with guided instructions through vinyasas and the flow to allow our personal practice to flourish and benefit our daily lifes.
